Yes, and we will send a certificate of insurance straight to your builder or your lender if they need one on file before we start.
It depends on the jurisdiction. A good many require the homeowner or the general contractor to pull the permit themselves, and where that is the case we will tell you up front and talk you through what they will want. Where we can pull it, we do. Either way we meet the inspector on our work, and if something on our work has to change we come back for it, at our cost, and we treat it as the next job rather than something that waits for the next time we are out your way.
That is most of what we do. If you build more than a couple of houses a year, talk to us about carrying your electrical across the whole schedule rather than bidding lot by lot.
